Demonstrating just how important customer reviews are to the hotel industry, TripAdvisor has put together its ranking of what it considers the ‘Most Excellent’ hotel chains around the world.
We’re excited to share the news that Radisson Hotel Group has been named in the top ten Large Hotel Chains - ranking at number seven. It’s a great achievement and highlights the consistent high quality of experience our hotels deliver across all brands.
Based on the percentage of hotels within the group to receive TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence (which is awarded for consistently high reviews), the ranking shows that our guests are overwhelmingly coming away from our hotels with smiles on their faces.
