Chef Uwe's Lifetime Achievement Award win has turned heads in the Middle East, and has led to a few headlines - including an interview with the respected Food & Beverage exhibition Gulfood.
Back in April, Chef Uwe Micheel of the Radisson Blu® Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek in the UAE received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the Leaders in Hospitality Awards 2018. It was a testament to his great skill and dedication, and was thoroughly deserved after 40 years of culinary excellence.
A key aspect of the success Chef Uwe has enjoyed in the kitchen is his ability to inspire and share - so it was no surprise when Gulfood - a renowned industry event organizer - got in touch to interview him about his amazing career. Chef Uwe jumped at the chance, and was more than happy to pass on the knowledge that has helped him deliver great dining experiences for so many years.
