We are excited to announce that Radisson Blu in France has won Capital Magazine’s Best Brand Label 2018 award. It is a remarkable achievement that demonstrates just how much of a difference the hard work that goes into our guest experience makes to our levels of visitor satisfaction.
Capital's Best Brand Label is a French annual consumer award, given only to the best-performing companies from across more than 180 sectors. And, within the hospitality industry, Radisson Blu has been recognized as one of the best.Even better is that the award is voted for in a survey that covers roughly 20,000 consumers. And they evaluate each brand according to three criteria:
  • Attention to the customer
  • Level of expertise on display
  • Willingness to recommend the brand
Our success in this survey means that visitors to Radisson Blu hotels are supremely happy with every aspect of their stay. They are the ones who made sure the brand came second in the high-end hotel category, with an amazing score of 8.18 – the third highest across any hospitality and catering category.The Best Brand Label award 2018 is important to us because it shows existing and future guests that the quality of our hotels – and the service they will receive there – is nothing but first rate.
