Capital's Best Brand Label is a French annual consumer award, given only to the best-performing companies from across more than 180 sectors. And, within the hospitality industry, Radisson Blu has been recognized as one of the best.Even better is that the award is voted for in a survey that covers roughly 20,000 consumers. And they evaluate each brand according to three criteria:
- Attention to the customer
- Level of expertise on display
- Willingness to recommend the brand
